Oh no, we were teased by a slight warm up after last weekend's frigid temperatures; now they are saying we are in for 4-6 inches of snow tonight and below freezing temps the next few days.

The winds were intense yesterday cold front coming in blowing out the warm front. We are going to be near 70 today, 39 tomorrow and snow

We are seeing a warm week, with temps in the low 50s and nights around freezing! My pond is almost free of snow, although the ice is about 8" thick still. I have hopes to have open water soon. I did cheat and shovel a lot of snow off yesterday.

About 5 inches where I am in the Poconos. Going to be cold the next few days, so it won't melt right away. Yesterday, I was out in 50+ sunny weather measuring and drawing circles on the grass trying to figure out exactly where I want to place my raised pond.

Sunny and 53 with high 50s and low 60s for the next several days. I can see most of my streambed and the ponds have open water around the edges, but ice still about 8" thick. It's wonderful outside and I'm working in a T shirt.
