We've made it to meteorological Spring!

It's also the time of year where the weather is like a rollercoaster. 18°F for a low Thursday night, and then 58°F for a high three days later. Also, sun, snow, rain, and wind. Just about everything.

Now that we're in March, and the forecasts continue to show 40s often, I'm probably going to get the pond going in about two weeks. I'd like to do it right now, but I'm just not sure what mother nature has planned. I'm going to wait and see what the weather does over the next two weeks, but if we're still seeing 40s and 50s consistently into the middle of the month, I'll definitely start the pond back up.

Hope you didn't lose ALL your money!
John
Calling for a high of 60° here today, with an inch of rain, then dropping to 25° by tonight. CRAZY!!!
Didn't even darken their door. Had not even a penny in my pocket in the first place. I travel light and carry a backpack for stuff I find along the road like rocks etc. Found out tho that you can park at the casino lot for free in your rv overnights

@HARO Actually hubby just informed me he wants to walk down there w/me now, 2.4 miles one way w/me. I think he can handle it. Have some lunch and maybe put in some clink in the one armed bandits. Have to walk through a gate down a road that is on Indian reservation but I think I read the sign right that says you only need a permit to enter if you are hunting or fishing. If that's not right I'll see you in a few yrs when they let us out of the graybar hotel

What if.... they had a rock slot? Imagine the payout, stones, pebbles maybe sand for a loosing spin.

Got stale snow in the backyard, been there for weeks. Last two days have been the most beautiful blue skies I've seen for awhile, but still, cold.
I had to stop and get this on the way to work early... They say they've gotten 50+ feet of snow up there this year. Top right corner you can see geese.
