:)have to laugh addy i was in the dollar store with my sister and saw fish made of plastic you float and they have fishing line on the bottom with a weight to hold them .I thought they were cute and going to go back and see if they are still there .i did not think of my lotus tank .Not sure about them in with the real fish i would be afraid the fish would get tangled in the thin fishing line

Here's how my future pond looks today. The liner and underlayment arrived a day early! The weather is not looking good this weekend, and its going back to cold next week, but I'm just happy that I'm (mostly) prepared. Probably better that the weather is bad, after this purchase, its going to be a while before I can save for flagstone or anything else for that matter. :woot:

JB The Explorer you are funny! I laughed when i saw your pond in in box! he he he ... I love your little bird bath pond, could be a fairy pond for me!

Sissy those fish sound cute! I would put them in and change the line to a softer knit thread and then fish will see the thread and not bump into it. My big orange koi is very fat with eggs too, maybe I will get a baby koi this year from her, so far I have not had any baby koi that hatch, only a very few baby goldfish. I thought I may have seen baby koi last fall, but most of the babies in my pond get eaten up by the big bad baby dragon fly monsters hiding in the sedges.

I got a new never seen video of my hornwort, not the same as yesterday. This one I show you the hornwort in the bottom pond and how it is not growing well cause it is not churning with the underwater movement. It is covered in pond slime and needs to be shaken free and tossed into top pond, where it will grow much better in the underwater vortex that I created using the water coming from the hose from middle pond...\\
