RobAny, what are the 2 taller plants growing in your pond? One looks like a type of grass and the other looks like a daisy of some sort maybe? They are beautiful. Are the potted? Gorgeous pond, thanks for sharing.

Can't do much on the pond today rain off and on ,so got weeding done and bleached my fence out .Cleaned the filter a little ,it started to rain so did not finish

Have some nice dragonflies around the pond. This big red one is a return visitor.

thunderstorm delay .Then 1 of those stupid lizards got in the house .Arthur chased him across the deck and in the sliding doors in the morning room .He went in my pantry GEEZE how do I get him out now

If Arthur is your dog, tell him to come out now and use cheese. If he's your husband, tell him to come out please, and use cheese. If he's a cat, you're screwed. LOL

king arthur is my pitbull and he chased a lizard into my pantry .the king and chihuahua's

Awe he's adorable. I have a American staffordshire. They breed pits from him. His name is Buster

It's sad because he allows the chi's to steal things from him and even nip him .He was here first but he loves his chi .brothers and watches out for them .He is a big sissy

Caddisflies (Trichoptera) are hatching here today. They and other aquatic invertebrates like mayflies are a good bioindicator of water quality. I'm happy to see this and hyacinths blooming here today.

Seeing swarms of mayflies while fishing was an indicator of a good fishing spot. Maybe an old fisherman's tale or maybe not................
