GBBUDD, It is actually all one pond. It looks like 3 ponds because of the bridge and the rock that spans the pond. It is about 4000 gallons and 17 years old. I have a submerged pump that feeds into a Savio bio falls and an above ground pump that has a buried 30 gallon barrel with filter material in laundry bags which is gravity fed. It is fed back into the pond in an underwater pipe which creates a fun place for the fish to play!

So hard dealing with only one arm! Had mine in a sling for months with rotator cuff surgery. Simple things like using a can opener and getting dressed become major tasks. Never getting surgery on the right arm!

Can't blow nose, forget ziplocks (teeth help) hard to get shirt on or off , forget easy pant pull up,
Opening caps nope, cutting veggies nope, on and on. My arm currently is bent at the elbow , fingers zero use, hurts to even try.

But managed to talk hubby through hooking up the big pond pump. UP and running yeah.

Stream has to wait till I can walk the steam and clean it.

Have a bunch of 3x t-shirts from Wal-Mart, easy to put on. Learned a lot when hubby had his right arm rotator surgery. Luckily, he had 24 hour nursing care- me!

My father inlaw broke his neck and his back he could move arms but not his hands. I made a velcro strap with a pocket that we would put like a fork with an extension on the handle. what i'[m trying to get at is try putting a piece of pine into the cast where it can hold a pepper while cutting etc
