JB, I had an aquatic forget me not a few summers ago. If I remember right it had flowers all summer. When I bought this plant it was much smaller than the one I had previously. I hope it does well for me. I love the flowers.

I finally pruned our old Japanese maple tree that was beginning to resemble a big shrub or bush, as viewed in previous pictures I've posted. I may have overdone it but like to see the gnarly twisted trunk underneath. Light reflected off the water dances under there now.o_O

I need to do that to one that I have. All I can see is a big glob leaved monster. Yours looks so very nice.

Oh, I like that. I didn't know you were suppose to trim them up. I looked it up on Youtube. Mine is dragging the ground. Must get moving on that. Yours looks really cool.

It gets leggy after the first blooming, do a trim now and then, I just take sissors and cut it off.

I've seen a lot of Japanese Maples at local stores. I've never actually heard of them until a few weeks ago. I'd love to get one some day.
