Sorry I hate heat worse
Need daylight? Come here, 36 deg C daylight here :D
I do love my evenings on the front porch .I work outside all morning and then it gets hot and I am luck sun does not get up on the covered front porch until around 3 pm .So I sit out there for awhile enjoying the breeze and the sounds coming from the pond .I love it best when it is still daylight out at 9 pm and seems the sunsets are even prettier then .

I agree Sissy, We get Sun on the back patio until it clears the trees, usually 5ish. And then it's nice and shady until the sun goes down. I sit out there most mornings and drink coffee with my creatures and hubby. Evenings are usually the same once it cools down a tad. I'll sit out there but the creatures decline to join me.
Oh well, at least the fish keep me company.

The sun comes up on the back of my house and by 2 pm the decks are in almost all shade .But since the forest behind my house is pretty tall the sun does not get above the trees until almost 12 .

During the summer months the back deck is my favorite 'room' of the house. I do coffee in the morning and spend the evenings out there with my tablet to entertain me. Mid-day gets a bit hot, even under the gazebo covers. By the way my pond looks awesome today.

I prefer my front porch because of the views and the pond is right beside the porch .There 2 back deck barely used .1 is off the master bedroom and other is off the morning room .I bought the lots for the view .The back all I see is the woods
