Where are the pics of your new beautiful kitchen, Addy? I am soooo jealous, need a kitchen facelift, but too many other things right now need to be done.
Neighbor's Golden Retriever that runs with my dog Yukon was warned that if he chases (and kills??? not sure about if any were killed) other neighbor's chickens, they are going to kill him. Yikes!!! Worst part is the owner of the chickens left no name, no phone number, just a note, and said this comment to the owner's son, who is maybe 12. Not good .... we have no idea who this is or where they live. They said 5 miles south, but that doesn't help. All we know is chickens and a white Ford or Dodge truck. Tomorrow I will drive around and try to figure out who owns the chickens. It's been VERY cold, now snow coming tonight and tomorrow, so likely won't have a chance to figure out who owns the chickens until next weekend.

Well, he gave fair warning, that's the way I take it. No, he should NOT have said it to a 12 year old boy, but I'm grateful he told us before doing it! He has every right to shoot and kill our dogs that are on his property killing his livestock! That's not against the law, as far as I know. I don't like it, don't get me wrong. I would sure figure out who owned the dogs, but if it was reversed, I would be furious if my chickens in MY yard, were being chased and killed by someone's dog that lived miles away. Again, I'm glad he told us, even if it was in the wrong way, and I will try to go and apologize to him, and let him know I am doing my best to keep my dogs home. My dogs are my responsibility, so it's up to me to keep them safe. :)

Still, there is something very wrong with that guy CE. They are only chickens and they are meant to eat anyways, and they can be replaced and a sociable person would have nicely informed you and not the devious way of threatening 12 year old boy, that someones family dog is going to get shot, cause dogs are family too, and chickens are way different! I would be very careful of that antisocial weirdo!

We get a lot of them here in the south they are very anti social .The guy down the road was like that with me at first and then his dog got loose a couple of times and I brought her home .I walked around his gate with all the threatening signs on it .He was not happy but after awhile he warmed up to me and talks to me now .His brother said that was very unusual for Jody because he does not like women at all .He is good to his momma but was married young and it was bad and women he dated after that turned him against women .I guess some people find there space and defend it to the core .King Arthur was a neighbors dog and was with another dog and animal control picked them up after the other dog killed chickens and neighbor would not pick him up and pay fine so I did and then he became mine .I did in good faith replace the chickens for the people even though they were being nasty about it and doing and selling drugs from there house .Animal control took the chickens to them so she could record it and make sure they did not harm anyone .

The second I touched it could feel the stiff hardness (I have very fine soft blondish hair) pulled hands away immediately. Saved my hair lol
