Well my friends who just bought the house here and they had a question about something they noticed on there closing papers .Taxes are 149 dollars and they wanted to know if that was every month and had bad news for them it is for all whole year

I thought something was wrong with there closing papers .Don't worry when they add the new house .Probably will be around 900 dollars a year
