Man, Sissy, I would have been ticked!!!! The neighbor's Golden Retriever keeps coming over, but I have gotten the bluff on him finally. Now, if I see him and my boy dogs are in the house, I holler at him, and he run into the corn, and then heads home, I guess. I don't mind him coming over, if he lived closer he would be welcome, I just do NOT want my dogs heading that far away to go visit with him! I feel bad for him, he just wants a friend to play with, and him and Yukon are buddies, wrestling around with each other. His dad is old, and doesn't want to play anymore.
Colleen, I think it was that late night snack of fish and fries that got you into nightmare land! That was a funny dream, though. Loved it!

Gosh sissy I don't know how you put up w/ all that dog crap! Time to find those dogs a new home away from your area. It's time to put an end to all of this IMO. Tie them up, trap them or something and take them yourself to the dog pound. I'm sorry for the dogs but you just can't suffer like that anymore. Whatever outcome happens to the dogs while in the pound is not your fault, it is the owners fault.

well lady from animal control camee right over yesterday when I called and saw the mess and they left there sign it was them ,left a couple of small hunks of there matted hair .I guess the bins must have fell on one of them .I know I don't have any long haired dirty dogs in my house .She gave them a fine for it .I can see they used my spare pond liner piece as a doggie tug toy .A few holes in it .Gosh CE do those people care or love there dog .I had read what you posted before about that dog and wondered WHY.People get pets and they are cute and little and then they grow up and I guess they don't care as much.I did not raise king arthur as a puppy but I love him to much to let anything happen to him and he knows it .My big lovable pit

well just put pump in the pond to see how it works and put it 2 feet down and gosh the water spout that came up was taller than me and had to quickly unplug it because water was going up and out of the pond .

well I dislike direct tv's practices .I had it turned off the 19th and bill paid until the end of the month and now they send me an e-mail saying I owe them for early termination of my contract .I have had direct since Jan.7th 2010 and had a 2 year contract .How can they say I owe them .I got Chatmoss fiber optic tv now and 2 dollars per box and more channels than before and more local ones too .I have 8 channels of hbo and showtime and direct I had 4 of each .I now pay 84 dollars a month verses directs tv's 130 dollars a month and gosh are the pictures brighter on the tvs .I have LED tv's and now have 52 more channels than direct tv .Free installation and burying of the cable ,plus now my kitchen and bedroom tv's are hooked up and the one in the guest house .I guess I will end up contacting the BBB .

We have only comcast out here, too rural for fiber optic. So dish, dtv or comcast is our choice.

They have comcast in Danville and Martinsville but Chatmoss is family owned and run and live right down the road from me .They did not want to run it down our road a couple of years ago because there were not enough homes here but when the went fiber optic they decided to offer it here .Glad they did .They offer phone and internet service but i only pay 14.99 to century link for internet .and phone is 65 dollars a month with unlimited long distance and the taxes make it high .i think half my bill is taxes . :cheerful:

I doubt we will ever get fiber optic out here. It would be a long run from the city, in fact just checked they don't even offer it in frederick.

They just put it in here last year and I am very rural .Xfinity ran it in Martinsville and the Chatmoss that has been family owned for 25 years or more .I was really surprised they decided to do it being they are a small company and only located here in this small area .
