Yes, he's definitely guilty, but of murder in the first degree? I guess the legal part of my background says you have to do something intentionally to be charged with first degree murder, premeditated. The next video said the uncle "just wanted to put her out of her misery". Good grief, a dog deserved better medical care than he gave his niece. Again, all of this is hear-say, and that's the worst part of this type of a trial. Everyone local is so up in arms about this death, and we are all jumping to conclusions. I just hope the uncle tells what happened, pleads guilty, and serves his time. He is surely in a huge amount of pain as it is. No need to drag it out into a long trial, or at least I hope he doesn't.

Horrible that it happened but if he really does confess to putting her out of her misery that to me is murder in the first degree. You call 911 if it was an accident, you don't kill someone because they are hurt. That's just crazy! Think the truth will come out eventually. Weird story and she is now in God's hands.

I just saw this and had to post it. This guy was really out of it!

AFTER SURGERY, HUSBAND FORGETS HIS WIFE

Published on Aug 30, 2013

In response to all of the questions: I had a hernia repair to fix residual tears from a previous surgery.
I wish I could remember this but I was definitely out of it.
This was my fifth surgery within our six years of marriage and she's been by my side through all of it. In a previous surgery I suffered a severe complication and we didn't know if I'd ever function the same again. She is the love of my life.

Glad everyone is enjoying the video

SYLVIA: Hi! Wanda.
WANDA: Hi! Sylvia.
How'd you die?
SYLVIA: I froze to death.
WANDA: How horrible!...
SYLVIA: It wasn't so bad. After I quit shaking from the cold, I began to get warm & sleepy, and finally died a peaceful death.
What about you?
WANDA: I died of a massive heart attack. I suspected that my husband was cheating, so I came home early to catch him in the act. But instead, I found him all by himself in the den watching TV.
SYLVIA: So, what happened?
WANDA: I was so sure there was another woman there somewhere that I started running all over the house looking.
I ran up into the attic and searched, and down into the basement. Then I went through every closet and checked under all the beds.
I kept this up until I had looked everywhere, and finally I became so exhausted that I just keeled over with a heart attack and died.
SYLVIA: Too bad you didn't look in the freezer -- we'd both still be alive.

OK, so heard more news today on the little girl. It went something like this. Uncle (22 year old) was watching her and her brother. She started irritating him, scratching him, trying to get him to do something with her. He chased her, she ran outside, fell into a pile of sticks. That part was evidently true. But, somewhere along the line, after she got poked or impaled with a stick, he got a knife and stabbed her near the clavicle bone (I think this is the right area) and then sliced her main artery which caused her death. Then he put her in a plastic bag and submerged her in some water. That's where she was found. She had cuts on her hands which indicated she was fighting for her life, while he was coming at her with the knife. So, murder it IS, and he shall spend the rest of his life in prison because of it. OMG, what an awful story. I didn't get to hear all the report after the arraignment hearing, had phone calls at work, LOL, so I don't know if he plead guilty or not. Grand jury hearing is in a week or two, they could find him guilty on the info they have so far. We shall see. May she rest in peace.

Is anyone available to suggest the best print sizes for my exhibition images? The sizes are from 5x7 to 24x36 which leaves me at a loss to which image would look best at what size. All of my images are high resolution so resizing is not a problem. The problem is between my to ears! LOL. If you can help me out I can repost or send you the images via PM.

Thanks
