I just did a blow up of my grandma"s old pic at sams club and gosh they did a great job of cleaning it up and making it look great .I did a 10x20 of her .I was looking at the fishmate because it is the size I wanted koi guy and close to the price I wanted to pay are you happy with yours and would you buy another one and any one have that they have used for awhile and are happy with it .I like the power cord is 25 ft and the head seems great for my pond and goota love the energy rating on it and 3 year warranty .I have a fishmate one I took out of a pond I took apart and I can see the date on it was 2007 year and it still works but it is small .I think gph looks like it is a 600 gph .Not sure but realtor told me the house was up for sale since 2009 so was left in pond not turned on ,no electric in the house .So it held up well in the shallow pond that only had water when it rained .I see no cracks or damage to the plastic housing on it .Going to use it in the big stock tank .

Well what a big freakin Friday the thirteenth!! Company "heavy hands" from head office came down yesterday and fired the top manager at the company where I work, I seen it coming, told some of the people I work with yesterday, not to be surprised if big "heads go rolling today"! Boy did I call that one, less than a half hour later the top manager in my store got escorted to the door and was givin the 'boot. The union had found old expired baby food for sale in the store and took pictures. Not the managers fault, not enough workers or hours to do everything. Old expired food all over the store, but baby food that is expired is a very VERY big deal!

Everybody liked the store manager, he was there since the store opened over twenty years ago. He was made a scapegoat for the company, and the other department managers are all worked to death. My bakery manager works 14 hours days and the job still can't get all done. I hear in Calgary lots of store managers are sick on stress leave. The store managers and supervisors are not union so they have to work to death to try to get the job done..,,,

Hope it all works out for you Colleen so that you can keep your job and not be run ragged. Scary when these things happen cuz sometimes they throw out lots of good people just so they can start all over w/ workers that don't know anything about the past history.

Lots of bad labeling going on everywhere these days, everybody in a hurry to get the job done, as fast as possible.....

Which reminds me of where I work (bakery), we HAVE to work like a "PORN STAR"!!! .....quicker, faster and HARDER, AND boy those Buns better be nice!! :)

PS, Mitch, as fun as it all sounds, Nobody wants to move up the corporate ladder these days, their not union, they work very long 14 hour days lots of time, at a set wage, supervisors make less per hour than me, and when they get fired, boy do they get the boot fast and furious!! We used to have lots of upper management, but they fired half of them in the last couple years!!
