no big wedding just a chapel wedding in my church because the catholic church back then would not marry us unless I converted ,sad but the fact .I did do the catholic church thing for both my sons in the catholic church for the sake of my hubbies family .I let them choose what they wanted later in life older son has gone to my church and younger son I'm not sure ,I guess short dresses were a 70's thing .twiggy and all .HTH just run them over with that put put :cheerful: put put put oooops smush what was that noise

heat keeps causing bad storms here .Waiting to hear if I get the explorer back some day .Dropped it off last thursday .I just fixed a pic of hubby and me and since we celebrated 40 years together I thought i would post it.

john shame on you .I will forgive that one .Got explorer back and 417 dollars and seems like engine was riding rough yet .But bad heavy rains coming home so could have been all the road flooding .I hate to pick vehicles up during bad storms it is hard to tell how they are running .Will wait and see tomorrow

hey it still fits too after 40 years .Got those knees from organic farming .Picking lots and lots of strawberries .

I used to measure the length of my skirt, with my hand, it could not be longer than mid palm. Which for me is higher than mid thigh. One of my many college jobs was waitress, my little black apron was longer than my skirt! Made some nice tips!........... In high school you had to kneel on the ground to make sure the shirt hit the ground.............

oh yeh back in school days I got in trouble all the time for short skirts and now they where there pj bottoms to school .No pants in school in my day and even gym shorts had to be bought from the school ,none from home .
