JW The carb crapped out my little goPutz mower yesterday too. Stopped in front of the shop to grease the wagon axles and it refused to start. Looks like the float is stuck open in that there is a pool of gas in the intake. Such is life. The Kubota BX is down with a broken hydraulic line too. Such is life.

Seems like a lot of us are having issues. Thought when we got the last renovation done that was it . Possibly having to replace the washer & dryer but good on everything else- NOT! Home computer acted up, 6 hours with Geek Squad & they recommended a new computer. 3 year old Kenmore grill won't heat above 300. Repair estimate 400-500 (labor cost only). Ordered parts and still same problem (currently listed on CL, new Brinkmann ordered). Dishwasher is making strange noises (possibly pump?) and our larges pond is leaking! Don't want to ask what else could happen cause could find out- Still haven't gotten our tax refunds back from Ohio- maybe things will be better next year?

Well all this talk of bees and broken stuff is the pits for sure, for sure but good news is my little grand daughter is growing like a weed and happy as can be! Soon she will be 4 months old and is around 12 lbs.

Treated the pond to kill the latest onset on algae, put mosquito donuts in pond, sorted and setout recycling then tested the second floor existing siding for quality. Very happy to report the siding is solid. Old siding being good will save us about $11k. All done before 6:15 a.m.

Well I got so much to do too, my everything is old and need fixing but I make do with what I have. The dishwasher grumbles and complains a lot, and breaks the odd dish and glass during the "mad cycle", ha ha ha! Got a new pair of rubber gloves cause the dishwasher needed them...

Then at work, everybody is suspicious.... of the suddenly suspiciously nice supervisors, as strike posters are popping up everywhere!

I feel for you Colleen. We did not have unions but suffered through round after round of downsizing as everything was moved overseas.

well there is no honor among thieves .The heat pump guy has not come back and no one else will work on my heat pump because this guy put the new motor in less than a month ago .Bryant heating and plumbing in Martinsville va shame on you .They told me they would send someone today and it is almost 3:30 and nothing .I am beginning to hate VA and everything about it .Fans don't help .

Thing is if you don't talk like them here you get treated like garbage and no one cares .He told me when I just called that he has steady customers that are more important .So guessing my last resort is the BBB and filing a complaint .
