MOSQUITOE PROBLEMS MAKING IT HARD TO ENJOY YOUR OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES?

Cut the top off a 2 liter bottle. Invert the cone and place it inside the s...traight part of the bottle. Glue the two pieces together. Add 1 tsp yeast and 1/2 cup sugar to some luke warm water, and pour the mixture into the bottle. Mosquitoes are attracted to the carbon dioxide that you exhale. The yeast feeds off the sugar and emits the same gas, so the mosquito enters the bottle, thinking they will find food there.

That is a good idea.

The most effective mosquito control is to rid your property of standing water. Don't forget about your pond. Stock Gambasia's (Mosquitofish), a live birthing variety of minnow) who eat 100's of times their weight in mosquito larvae - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mosquitofish. Just as important is to use Mosquito Dunks (donuts) in both your pond, water features and lowlands - http://www.homedepot.com/p/12-in-Mosquito-Dunks-6-Pack-110-12/100334779#.UU-DI2t5mSM. . For personal protection use a high quality insect repellant.

And my goldfish eat all the skeeters cuz I never see any wiggly ones in my pond.

the white part by the drive way it is a martini glass shape .My friend started that idea .still raining out here and now I will never finish the yard before spring gets here .I guess the blimp will take the same root over my house for the races .Last year they showed video of them flying over and you could see my neighbors and I in our yards waving at them on the news .Thats the only part I like is the blimp .

Think I hold the record for most trash cans full of junk from the garage clean out, about 10 over the past 6 days and that's not counting the filled trash bags and bundle of lumber. I found stuff I thought I lost 15 years ago. Tomorrow I start sorting my tools. Feeling pretty pride! ( sly grin )

Early daybreak I cleared the laundry room of once needed bits. Found many items to relocate to my tool center and paint/chemical center. The refuse men are doing going to be happy when they stop at our house this morning.

ce easy just google map your house and go to the earth view and the white rock in the center area of the driveway is a martini glass just take your camera and take a pic of the screen .One of mine came from the blimp flying over and thats how i got the idea and you can also print them out .My printer is out of ink and stupid lexmark stop making the cartridges for it and they cannot fill the old cartridges .
