CE I was so desperate for spring I was just looking back at my first page of Ponds in Canada, and for early May, I had a lot going on too.... going to check out Addy's first page now to see and compare how much further along their springs were compared to me last year, she probally had blooms back in March!

Very sorry to hear about your friends daughter, that is just so very sad, can't imagine the pain and grief the family is in.

Hey I watched the Bachelor this week, they were in Canada at Lake Louise Alberta!

we are only supposed to get rain but it is really a cold rain .I got wet trying to figure out what was leaking but still no idea .No hose leaks and tanks sit in liners that let the water go back into the pond if they leak .I know it was leaking at the one waterfall but it was not loosing this much water at one time .The hoses are set inside the liner so if they leaked it would also go back into the pond .

Sissy, that's how I'm going to change my pipes to the waterfall this spring. That way, if anything leaks, it will drain right back into the pond. Same with the stream, move that pipe into the stream itself, cover it with rocks. Than no more worries about if it leaks, no quick drain out of the pond while at work or gone. Hope you find your leak soon, but will be harder with the rains you are going to get. I'm sure glad you are scheduled for rain and not snow. Same here. My boss wants snow, but good grief, she has no days left to take off, with her kids and her being sick all the time. LOL

Sure hope you can find your ponds leak. I went through that for over a year! Finally had to replace the entire liner.

How is your husband Sissy? I've been thinking about him lately. My 43 year old nephew is soon to undergo heart surgery for the 3rd or 4th time. His heart was damaged by poisonous gas during Desert Storm.

BTW folks, even though my current icon looks the part I am not in the witness protection program. A new weird, what the hell is that, fantastical, strange icon shall be in place sometime soon and you never know, it may be normal. Won't bet on it though! It's so much fun swimming upstream.

hubby is not doing good and doctor has changed his meds but still he has gotten weaker,Thank you for asking lou ,not sure what the cardiologist is going to do next .He is thinking of putting another stent in as EKG was not good .I know I have a leak in the waterfall and it must be getting bigger is all I can think but plan on changing the tank and redoing the waterfall this spring .New range is coming on the 15th and home depot is picking up the defective LG range .

I get scared and worried but try to hold it in and not let him see .I have not been on as much because of it .Thank you all keeping my fingers crossed that his heart gets stronger with the new meds .
