Now this looks like a heck of a lot of fun to me!

The longest summer toboggan in Europe in the Stubai Valley in Mieders. It is 2,800 m long and runs over 600 M in Valley via numerous hairpin bends.

Wow, fun is right! That was almost a 6 minute ride! You don't get that length of ride here in the US. Wonder what they paid for the ride? And funny how at the bottom they had fencing on each side of the track to keep the horses out. That little boy was having the time of his life. Did something similar to this, but sat in a car 2 people front to back, with my aunt while on cruise that fall. Can't remember which island it was on, but the ride was maybe a minute . Had a brake to keep the speed down, but we went faster than most. LOL

Yeppers, Mogsie, sign me up for that one, too! They have zip lining in places where you go for vacations, and I did that, but again, not nearly the dramatics that this place has! And, I was in a sitting position, not "flying" position. VERY cool!
OK, so you do downhill riding, ... you must take your bikes to the top of the hill then in a vehicle, and ride them down, huh?! Yep, you would definitely need body armor rather than lycra.

Good gosh country you must really want to see mogsie in lycra ,LOL poor guy is stuck in the middle of a lycra debate .I can just see his wife saying you bought lycra bike shorts for what ,I thought you hated them, Now how does he explain that .

lol ha ha ha , look lets forget about lycra ! it doesnt exist anymore !! yes country there is usually uplift days when a vehicle takes us and our bikes to the top, and on non uplift days we have to push our bikes to the top !

we have had heavy rain all day, put half inch of water on top of the ice and now it has dropped to -2 celsius again so going to be thick ice !

I don't think we will get that cold here, but snowing a lot more than they predicted, it was to be a trace, non sticking, already an inch

Nice wet sticking snow, we have food, water, tv, each other so loving it! All the branches are getting covered, just beautiful!
