We watch the stars and watch for satellites while out in the hot tub late at night. I spotted 10 satellites one night (a record night of counting them)

We have enough now! Tried taking it off the trees but by the time I was done it covered them all over again and it keeps on snowing and snowing and snowing!

Wow jw is getting SNOW! very beautiful, wet sticking snow, get some night pictures with light on that snow, it will be so pretty.

per the news more coming tomorrow and they are saying you all should stay off the roads as most drivers have no clue on how to drive on snow and ice. They are also saying seattle has very few snow plows! more rain than snow falls lol

Well I guess jw is going to never ask for snow again .I was looking at the weather channel and saw all the snow reports from there and geesh they are getting hit .It looks like it is going to be all powdery snow and hopefully not damage her pines and trees .Some wind should blow it off them hopefully.kitty looks confused and thank god he is black

Just got a weather warning on puter for here and it said high winds and heavy rain is coming our way,But we have had the high winds all day .Funny the warning is for 6 and on and so far no rain ,but it is really warm out so thats not a good sign

agree sissy 55 here tonight, dropping to the 30's by the weekend and possible snow again..............possible..........I doubt it the way this "winter" is going

just don't do like jw wish to see a little snow then get hit hard .It keeps saying it's raining here and finally went out to take laundry down and got on a fresh air sniff the laundry high .I love to hang laundry out and then bring that fresh scent in the house .I picked a whole bunch of spinach and cooked it up and pee wee and I are going to be on a spinach high soon and king arthur is getting a nice big hamburger for dinner .You can tell which dog was raised by me and which one wasn't LOL

It is supposed to get up to 60 here today but gosh the winds are something out there .Poor pee wee lifted his leg to pee out side and got blown over .He looked around when he got up to see who pushed him over .poor little guy

OMG, Sissy, that one caused me to laugh so hard, the dogs were looking at me asking, "What is wrong with you???" Poor little Pee Wee!!! I could picture that and all. Haha

Beautiful pics, JW! Your poor hubby, came in with several inches on top of his hat. What a trooper! And, the cat looked confused, like it was lost and didn't know where to go, everything was white!
Thanks, Mogsie for the website! I loved it!!! I had not noticed the planets in the eastern sky, but they are more visible just before dawn, and I'm usually still sleeping. LOL But, the western and southwestern planets are the ones I've been seeing.
OK, my temps were still at 56 when I left home this morning for work, and this evening it's 26. Dropped 30 degrees today, and VERY windy, so you east coast people watch out, as IL weather usually heads east. But, good news follows this wild weather. Supposed to be back up in the 60's this weekend. What next! I put up my snow fence across the road, so I'm counting on Murphy's Law which says now I will not get any snow. LOL Pond is totally thawed out.

pee wee loves his veggies and ate the spinach and then was mooching from me .He sure wasn't getting mine .He is a big salad lover too and he loves broccoli ,raw or cooked ,veggie dog he is .We are getting rain now but only light showers but it is still warm out.The wind did not calm down at all here and the dogs won't go out in the rain ,geeze they could get wet
