Yep try to stay away from the little soldier look although sometimes things do end up like that and then I have to pull them out and start again :lol:

I think my DH would just live here w/ no vegetation at all like little house on the prairie. He's always afraid the trees are going to fall or invade the foundation of the house or septic system. I want to be packed w/ stuff but I try to compromise, although he doesn't think I do

Our septic field is out in the field past the fence right behind the pond. The grass is green lush and thick there..........lmao

Got to have plants jw, I pick things that the bees, birds love to eat, critters love to eat.

Yeh know what addy means it is hot here also and I just came in from it .Trying to get the area were the strawberry plants are going dug up and putting manure down .You want to smell something really good try.digging manure up dragging home in your truck and then putting it down in the garden and digging it under .A 96 degree day and manure I smell real good right now .The neighbor even yelled up to my house and said nice perfume your wearing today LOL

I love the flowers but that peach colored lily is my absolute favorite of all .

Thanks sissy, it is the first bloom off of it. Was just a tiny start, finally growing well.

I like it's not the standard colors you see all the time .It almost looks like it should be in a brides flower arrangement at a wedding .

I can't remember where I saw it but I saw a whole bowl of cut water lily blooms, They made such a bold statement yet the beauty was incredible. I wish I knew where I saw it. It was really a cool picture with the pinks, blues, reds, whites,and yellows of all shades

Addy, I'm jealous of everything you have in bloom. The only color I have so far is my clematis vine.

Everything took off after we got such a hot spell. Pond went up to 88 and is now down to 73 again.
