He is too wild, the snake would have poofed away as he ran up. Wild 7 year old. They are in PA now a surprise visit to the grandparents they have not seen since 2019

Finally got a shot of my little friend the sneaky snake sunning on the rocks by the pond.
I see him pretty much each day out there now. I think he is snacking on the ants. @addy1 's big honker of a snake would make one quick meal out of this little one. Wondering if snakes eat other snakes?

Yes snakes not only will eat snakes but the will eat there young and anything that gives them the opportunity if they have an empty belly whats crazy is how long they can go without a drink or a meal

I see fatty sunning more than searching for food. Then fatty just disappears for a while 3-5 days if not longer, then shows up again.

I like how they tuck their little ears back and pretend they are one of our mole dirt piles.
