The large ship I took a photo of was on its way to Duluth. Duluth happens to have live cameras on youtube so I kept an eye out and caught it arriving on cam tonight.

Another prairie hike this morning. It was a fantastic time. Cooler weather this morning, so there were no sounds of kids in the nearby playground. I think I was the only one at the park the entire time I was there.

Surprised to see a bumble bee this late in the year! It was on one of the last remaining goldenrod blooms.

A blue jay overlooking the prairie. I also saw a lot of dark-eyed juncos, a coopers hawk, red-tailed hawk, crows, etc.

I also walked over to the pond, but I didn't see any wildlife.

No kidding, I would have thought you'd see them around. They're so amusing to watch diving and munching and scurrying away from people. ONE fine day I hope to actually get a picture of their feet! I borrowed this from google---

I believe they're pretty common around here during spring migration since that's when I've always seen them, but I don't get over to many open water areas very often during that time.

I noticed a flash of wings at dawn today and was grateful that the Blink captured it. This owl has been scarcely seen at the pond lately - maybe because I have a net suspended or who knows why.
But, there's a very robust bullfrog in there and I suspect that she has an eye for him. I hope she removes him before he eats any of my new shubbies o_O
I couldn't view your youtube links, keeps saying "oops something went wrong". Maybe you need to set if for public to view?

Yikes -- both are set to public, let me investigate further. I'm unable to find a problem. Maybe I should upload them again and delete the originals.

I don't know maybe it's on my side but I have never had issues before in viewing your links.

It's because you linked to your youtube studio, which others cant access. These should work:
