Normally I wouldn’t post here, but today I woke up early ( 5:30 who that hurt ) to go on a nice long hike before school, was able to snap a few pics.

We kept finding a baby Toad indoors and would put out him outside again and in he came again and again..Then he set up home under a
very long seed tray that I really needed to use....Few days past and there was four of them, all the same size and all together....
Last year they nested under our Septic Fosse Lid...o_O

I always have to check my boots that I leave outside the front door as once I went to put one on and my foot went up against something soft and poofy. A big old frog had taken up residency in there! Lucky for him I did not try to push harder and he was just fine and in the pond he went :joyful:

We had Mr.Toad (not actually sure could have been Miss) always in a corner of the room almost like they want to be there but need the walls for safety from them Humans.....I long for frogs but never had any in the 6 years we have lived here.....one of these days we shall get a wildlife camera as we know we have lots of Pine Martens of various types..some like your loft and chew your electric cables some are more roaming and live in the outside world....
