Ideas needed!

I have a friend that keeps telling me how I should invest in rentals. Being a landlord with all the potential problems with both tenants and maintenance just seems like a lot more work than a few good stocks.
Home Depot was rated in the top 4 since the first of the year in returns. I love the dividends.

yeh well wish the V.A. would hurry up and settle the property I'm buying it seems to be taking forever with them .

We have multiple rentals, good renters, good income......but you can have bad years too. Love the write offs.

with the house I'm buying it's was a V.A. loan and they seem to be dragging there feet .The bank that held it wants it off there hands but the V.A. has yet to hand over the papers .They keep saying we have hundreds of loans to process and it takes time .Well the people who are going to be living there have horses and have to be out of the house they are renting because the new owner wants the house .Like the agent says some of these people just sit in an office and seem to not care
