I only buy organic ground beef, from costco, expensive but worth it to me. Interesting about the eggs koiguy, I get mine from costco, can't remember the labeling, need to read it again. I know it implied better lol

We don't buy beef much any more. It's mostly lamb now, from the farmers market.
Eggs from the farmers market too, both chicken and duck eggs.
Expensive, but we eat less too.

That Facebook link for the eggs didn't work for me.
Maybe you need to have your computer set to auto-sign-in, which I don't.

Thanks Mark. Interesting read! We've pretty well given up on grocery-store eggs, since there are quite a few farmers around here that sell eggs. And here, at least, the term 'free-range' replaces 'pastured'. I'd never heard that term before now. I worked for a farmer years ago who kept hens in a large upstairs of the barn. I couldn't breathe in there! And the eggs smelled (and probably TASTED) exactly the same as the feed the hens were fed. NO THANKS!!

Anyone else use a pressure cooker for cooking?

I use it for making pulled pork in just over an hour.
Salt, pepper, apple cider, Worcestershire sauce.
Really good!

We first tasted pulled pork when we were down in the states a few years ago. Love it.
