SHAME ON ME... i just ate a snack pack pudding cup... but it was banana cream, i couldnt help it.. theres a couple lemon meringue too. this is what happens when the nephews (twin boys 4 years old) dont showup!

I remember hearing something about that on the radio a few wks ago Lou if it was the same thing. They were talking about it being in womens makeup or something.

Yes makeup very contaminated I heard too, I could never wear that stuff, made my eyes itch!

FOR THOSE USING SOY PRODUCTS...LIKE SOY CHEESE, MILK, ETC..

much of this is also true for peanuts...the 'nut" thats not even a nut...its a legume. some "beans" are actually legumes as well but peanuts are the worste

Im glad I am not into the soy products, but I do like to grab a snack sized bag of peanuts or cashews on occassion ... Between chemicals, soil depletion of minerals, hormones and GMOs. not too many healthy foods left:-(

i was using some soy products until i started educating myself... now the only soy i intake is whats in the teriyaki sauce when i cook with it.. & i try to go as light on it as poossible... its hard cuz it sure makes things yummy.

They use soy to fatten up the animials cause soy blocks the hormone that the thyroid produces, so it fattens everybody up super quick! Soy is soy bad!

Soy can also make men grow Man boobs!

My doc told me to stop eating all those huge cans of Costco peanuts cuz they are way high in oxides and could be what caused me to get kidney stones. I haven't eaten a peanut since and no more kidney stones..............so far :fingersx: Never ate the soy products.

Wasnt even thinking about terriyaki sauce ... Need to look at a bottle the next time I buy it ... it's a terriyaki marinate ... not gonna give it up regardless ... only use it a few times a year. I'll starve if I give up every item listed as bad LOL.

NOT UNLIKE MARGARINE... ORIGINALLY MADE FOR FATTENING UP TURKEYS THAT ARE NATURALLY SO LEAN. the government used to give it away with a "butter" flavoring / color pack. disgusting...
