We have most likely, another two weeks of labor if not more before we can market it. Then I want some time to enjoy the house it is beautiful.

and the nicer weather than we are having here .They just said on the news here that fall color is over 3 weeks ahead of what it should be .It is like the drought and then all this heavy rain made the leaves turn color in just a week .Trees were green before the rain and now they are red yellow and orange

The only fall change here is a few more leafs drop, then the trees flower then the seed pods drop. We are cooling off a snitch

Three days on a skid steer, 75 tons of granite spread. The landscapers are coming tomorrow to rake it out add to areas needed

I would rent a truck to haul all that pretty rock from your old pond .They are really neat looking and big slabs .You would pay a lot for that kind of stone here .

Would love to but cost to haul it across country would be more than to buy new.

I was moving some of the debris, (from the pond hole) as I lifted up a piece of landscape fabric, I found this pretty little one. The landscapers were scared to death of it. So I put it in a fish tank that was sitting around until they were done, then let it loose to wander the yard.
I had already save two that were around 6 inch in length. This one was around 2-3 feet, had some strength when I grabbed it to save it. No attempt at biting, all it wanted to do was get away. Sonoran gopher snake.

Right now not hardly, but soon we intend to enjoy life a little.

YIKE SNAKES no friend in me sorry .I rented and F250 and when I got down here i just had to return it to the ford dealer here and then hubby and i had to drive back up to NJ in his car and close out bank accounts and close the sale on the house up there and pick up the dogs ,cat and my tuck and drive back .Got a discount on rental since it was ford rental .So sad to see that pretty pond gone but new owners may not have wanted it anyways .I sit here in rock envy ,DROOLING Sad that renters did not tell you about the mess those people made .

They did tell me she was trying to steal my pond pumps, worth around 900 a piece, two of them. They stopped her, finally shipped them to me. It is the pump that is currently running the pond. Have one on stand by if one breaks.
