Well things going forward, we cut a hole in a wall, making a pass though bar between the living room and kitchen. Going to get a slab of granite for it. Still trimming, cleaning, tenants out on house still a ton of stuff in the shop

Sitting here watching a Jack rabbit jump through the yard, cute little thing.
Ouch yard guy wants 6500 to do yard, guess honey and I will be busier

Tickled the tenants are out, that must make it much easier for you and hubby to get work done. Yay moving right along.

was wondering also/ is he going to plant you a money tree also .How is Missy with her new digs and hope she is careful there never want anything to happen to her after i heard what happened to one of your dogs there .I am sure you are watching her close but she has a lion heart and thinks she can scare everything

Tbendl, they added a few diamonds for that price! The tenants are still moving at least out of the house.

Sissy, she is never out of our sight, we walk the yard checking for the coyote. There is also a great horned owl that lives around us. And a swimming pool where she could drown. She loves chasing the rabbits, squirrels that live in the yard. Loves the freedom no leash.

We asked if we got a dumpster how much, now us paying for Bob cat, dumpster, we have already cut the trees, the labor only is now 5000
So we rented a dumpster. Hiring the painters helper for 14 a hour, we will cut and fill the dumpster. Dumpster 349 for 4 tons for 2 weeks.

Then rent a Bob cat to spread the granite which I can run without issue

These guys were landing on the chlorine float to drink from the pool

Sort of after still a few more dead ones to drop, palmento bugs are killing some of them.

can almost see the gazebo and shop now, we built the gazebo out of scab wood we hauled from colorado. We had our downed trees cut into lumber.

OMGosh. I don't envy you all the work you have to do, and I REALLY don't envy your tenants all the moving THEY still have to do! If I were them I would have bought the house just to avoid moving!

Laughing hate auto correct.... but it does sometimes keeps me from looking real stupid.
This house fit them, they just can't get a loan and don't have the bucks. Most things barter or cash, no good income trail to get a loan
