On the new schedule at work, I’m now overnights 3 nights a week. Yesterday at 4 am my district manager called that another of our stores was robbed. Tonight about the same time, I got another call, only instead of her, it was a drunk wanting to buy beer ( can’t sell between 2-6am, ) and he threatened to come whip his junk out at me. I told him I’d call the cops, then excused my self from the call to go complete my job. He didn’t call back, and he didn’t come in. Pity, I could have used a good laugh at some drunk whisky shrinkage!

A storm rolled in last night. Took down part of the tree I park under, luckily I was at work. Ignore the dog, just another example of cross species traits we have going on, she thinks she’s part cat, despite mom and dad being very canine.

Darn hot again, it seems to never be ending this summer. Right now heading to 95, heat index right now 104F Sunday and Monday are climbing to around 99 might actually hit 100 actual. Then throw the heat index on top of that miserable.

We managed to get one section of our new decking rail up. Should be easier now that we have done one and know the steps. Too hot to stay out there and work on it. We had to drop the old rail first, cut and let it fall. A bit of tweaking to do on it.

well while waiting for our rav4 to be repurchased (lemon law) it has been sitting for 6 weeks now, don't want any damage since we signed the contract.

I went and fired it up and moved it, sort of went why do I need a car this size. Mentioned to hubby next thing I know we are looking a sedans, nice sedans, ones with power. Did a lot of reading research, went to JUST test drive a car, drove home with it.

A stinger, gt2, one sweet ride. Hit the gas and it takes off. Went from 42 mpg to 17-23, but we don't drive enough to worry about gas mileage. 10 year 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. AND 10K OFF

Picked Beetles off the P. Pickerel and picked fleas off the cat. Not a fun day and HOT,HOT,HOT!

Had started a koi sale when it cooled down on Friday. Planned on running it till Tuesday but just had someone come and buy all 7 fish and pay more than I was asking so sale closed!! Too hot, may fill 300 gallon tank and jump in!

Sweated my life away this morning for 6 hours of watering all garden beds.

Finally turned the Rav4 in, sad / happy day. Sad- I did love the car, great tech, drove well etc, happy - done dealing with a , most likely, will never be fixed issue.
The funds are back in our bank account!

Feeling boredom and faintly restless. Too hot to work out side, rather lacking in desire to do more cleaning, just redid one of the aquariums, waiting for it to settle so I can put the big betta make in it to see if he can wiggle past the barrier again. Currently have it set up with a divider so I can keep two bettas in it, I’d love to find a way to divide it into three. But senior betta male kept finding ways into juniors half, so I had to re do it.
