Too much rain..............flash flood watch/warning in effect at the bottom of our big hill by the river. Prolly won't amount to much but we are getting a lot of rain, even more than usual! Should be over by late this afternoon...............

Temps beginning ... or is it continuing ... the see-saw effect. 34-60 for highs the next 7 days, and 23-40 for lows. Nothing in order either, like going from 50/48/56/60/44/37/34 for highs. Geesh ... should it be more like 60/56/50/48/44/37/34??? Nope, it's Illinois, tomorrow it will change. I'm ok with the colder temps, just wish the wind would not be so wicked so early in the season. 30 mph wind gusts today simply sucked!

Was nice and warm yesterday, but now cold rain is shivering me to the bone! I still have tons of stuff to do but running after Rio and work taking lots of my time right now. I did get yard raked again yesterday and cleaned out some more dead stuft out of beds.
