I can't believe Bear could be the papa....................how would the chi dog and him fit together? He's too tall and big don't ya think? Does the mama have long hair? Maybe another small boy doggie besides the pug snuck in for a little

No long hair on Mama or her other mate (pug). Well all I know for sure is puppy is looking lots lIke Bears side of family. The little Mama was here all spring, all the time, sneaking into our yard thew the gap in the old gate.... until I fixed that gate later in the summer. I told that woman that she was getting in threw the gate and that I was worried for her that Poppy might bite her. That lady is two doors down in a small rental house, and her power goes out cause they forget to pay the bill and they partied all summer long well her little Mexican dog was running off with Bear! Her dog is about 25 pounds I think.. Bear is about 80 pounds. Bear may look big but he is not that tall, little shorter than a Shepard.. I think if she stood under him that would work maybe.... Who knows for sure, but my vet says "stranger things have happened"!

Weather here is just beautiful and little Rio and I were outside in Gazebo enjoying the warmth of the sun.

Thankfully, I am in the Champlain Valley. The predicted snow is about 20 minutes away.

Poppy runs from little terror Rio... she is taking over the house and chasing the big puppies!! we suspect that somehow Bear fathered this little puppy. Her mom lives two doors down and is a Chihuahua who was sneaking into our back yard all last spring.... Big Bad Bear is 10 and not fixed... Mom is completely black with no color except black, and she was supposed to have bred with a all black pug. I am not sure how it may have happened cause I was not aware at the time that her dog was in heat. My Vet doctor says she does not look like any "Pug" at all. All I know for sure is two of the puppies in that litter look completely different and no Pug resemblance at all! Rio has long hair and slightly curly like our Bear, has brown and white on the toes... like our Bear, and Bear just LOVES her! He follows her around and watches her every move and looks and stares lovingly at her all the time! Poppy won't even look at her and runs away from her and avoids her all the time. She is about two pounds now and is almost 7 weeks old. Today her ears are standing up!

Awww cute e wants one lol as to taking over the house its true of all puppies and kittens .
I just love the amount oof energy they invest in their little tails that puppies do .

Thank goodness we still have nice weather for October, makes taking little Rio outside much easier for her to pee. She does seem to get cold fast so I have to pick her up quick and warm her back up. Little Rio grew again overnight, she seems to be growing very fast Today this morning I noticed her little nails are much harder and sharper, and her bite is getting harder as well, as she chews on my fingers lots. Little teeth seem bigger too! I think she is over two pounds now too! My Baby!!!!

Our fall here is lasting longer than 5 minutes for a change.
It figures, since I bought the new snowblower attachment, I'll bet we don't see snow til February..

I was thinking the mama was like 5 or 10 lbs so she's a bit larger and she sure came around looking for love a lot and Bear I'm sure was very giving
