Driving to Seattle w/ sis to her doc appt for the surgery she had last week. We will have fun no matter what we do. Traffic should be decent as not raining which is a good thing.

I miss Seattle. It's been 17 years since I've lived there but I remember it well.

1.6 inches of rain at home! Yeah we needed it, just a trace here so far, sun coming back. We are going to watch the corvette parade on the board walk later. Some pretty cars here.

Today it got pretty chilly out. 46 degrees for the low.

We took our pup for a walk through all the parked corvettes, we were stopped constantly, they love her!

burrrrrrrrrrrrr 34 at home right now, didn't know it was going to drop that low, bet it wiped out the tomatoes.

Yesterday was beautiful! We had a high of 73. This morning it's currently 51, heading to a high of 71. Today I plan on spending most of my time outside getting the pond ready for winter and getting a few things planted that I have been putting off. This will probably be the last of our 70 temps this year .

A cold front rolled in, then our temps are going back up, hope my self seeded tomatoes survived. They are under our deck stairs, protected from the frost. I was getting around 2 lbs of tomatoes every few days
