I missed the big red moon too, was too tired and fell fast asleep. Been working hard in hard and work, never ending work right now. Starting to spit rain right now and 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hubby gets plastic surgery to touch up and correct mouth and nose, as much as possible from monster cancer operation last Sept 2012. I will take him to Calgary on Easter Monday for surgery. Should be out the next day. Hubby says they are going to "de-elephant" him! Hubby calls himself the "elephant man" right now, I think he looks good and just happy for him!

If it will make him feel better than this is a good thing that he gets it done. Hope they do a really nice job on him but not too good or you will have to fight the women off of him and then you talk about being worn out Colleen............oh my you will be worn to a frazzle and will have to drink one whole bottle of wine each night instead of a glass or two to take your mind off of the hot mess

Seriously tho I hope all goes great during his surgery

Great to hear you will have a handsome hunk again! Even more handsome since he is already a hunk!.

26 this am, wiped out my tulips, poor things were in full bloom. Daffodils seem to be hanging in there. Luckily the peaches apples buds had not opened yet.

Everything will be good, he eats goods and sleeps good, and works hard like me, Nephew will watch the big puppies while I drive hubby to Calgary. Pretty nurses there and that one doctor has some really good looking nurses too, they will take good care of him. If he must be in the hospital for surgery, then it always helps if the nurses are very pretty, ha ha ha!

Speaking of working hard, my fingers on one hand are sore, moved too many pallets yesterday and moved fast like lighting to stock all the empty shelves in Bakery last night. Manager came up to me and said they need more people like me to stock grocery isle shelf's, but I can't be everywhere, bakery department needs me too, and he would have to fight my bakery manger to steal me! They will have to clone me! Ha ha ha! People have been buying out the store the last few days. stocking up for Easter.

Woke up to white stuff on the ground this morning, and it is still there!!! Fish are all huddled together again and are sick of the snow too! Barely above freezing right now, and I am having a cup of yesterdays coffee....

I think we all wish him the best of luck and maybe he will look like Clint Eastwood Well at least in your eyes and that is all that matters .Cold yet and ground water is still coming up between your toes when you walk on the lawn and i have to mow the yard .At least it is sunny out and supposed to get up in the mid 60's and then this will be the last cold night coming up .

I just saw an interesting show guy built an earthship and then built an earthship pond and gosh it looked fantastic and the reason for the pond is that he uses the water from it to grow more veggies for his family .He used several swimming pool liners he got for free and laid liner over liner and ended up with a crystal clear pond of 20x 30 .Lots of fish to help the veggies to grow .It gravity feeds to the garden and only pump he has is at the end to pump the water back up to the pond and all run on solar and wind he built .He said it took him a month to figure out the right pitch for the water to run slow enough to the veggies.He has all goldfish he said but some looked like koi to me .He got those for free from abandoned ponds .He said he wanted fish they could eat but this is what he ended up with so he is happy any ways and his kids love the fish .It is all 15 years old so guessing lots of baby fish born

Thats pretty neat Sissy, I once saw a pond made out of a canoe! They buried part of it and used it as a retaining wall for the lower garden! Too cool!

Show was really interesting and would love to see more shows like this on tv to show people what can be done with little or no budget .It was on the earth channel here .
