What is your weather like ... today

well skies are getting darker so they are now saying 1 to 2 inches of rain between today and tomorrow and hoping so and it supposed to head north and hoping you get some too addy .I love sweet corn and never got a chance to plant any this year .Maybe I will still get a chance after i get water again that I can use .

ours is not coming up, all that work darn it, think it just got too cold after we put it in the ground. So I put more in the ground, (they said rain for the week) been dry ever since I put it in the dirt. darn it. Maybe the rain will get it going.

I can't even water my plants as the well got treated after everything went back in .they treat for any kind of bacteria and you are not supposed to use the water at all for a week and then it has to be tested .I took a sample of the water today and they took it to be tested .But with no filter gotta wonder what is in there ,maybe little aliens :helm2: :razz:

We have had so much rain this year. Beginning to think no summer for us.

Yeah it rained! (we are behind mtpond) 0.61 inches from this storm, 2.47 for the month of june, normal for us is 4 inches. So at least we got something.
Maybe my corn will finally grow

we had rain on and off yesterday but last night was the mother of all storms ,severe thunder and lightening and torrential down pour of rain .Started at 10 with lightening and thunder and then half hour later rain that lasted until 11:30 and was really hard .

Gorgeous, cool summer morning. Man, a day off of work would fit the bill today, but I have a feeling I wouldn't relax, I'd end up in the pond moving boulders back and forth.

Yesterday after all the rain we got the day before everything looked and smelled so fresh and clean .Hopefully by tomorrow I will be able to get the new filter in for the well and start using it again .I am sick of buying bottled water that I have no clue where it came from .I tested the well water today and it tested good so on my way back to a normal life maybe .I am going to wait the extra day just in case .

Yesterday was very nice, sunny and warm and enjoyed a nice long bicycle ride through the farm country w/ DH.
Back to normal here now..................raining! :sad:

We had little over an inch of rain on Monday, which was a welcome sight! Been sunny and hotter each day since, up to mid 90's today. Went to cousin's pool with my daughter today. What a nice day we had! Wish it would cool off a little this week for my Mom's visit, though, or at least knock the humidity down a notch or two. She's from AZ where it's "a dry heat".
Just looked at the weather, and looks like a long storm front is headed my way. Hoping it doesn't poop out before it gets here. Another inch would be nice! Temps staying up in the 90's though, darn it!
