We are now under flash flood warnings, sort of on the edge of the warnings, it is more so a bit north of us. They call it training, the rain storms are following one another like a train, coming in from the ocean.

Rainy. Started out as a light drizzle, escalated to sheets of rain, blew over a trash can at work, I delayed coming home about an hour to let it calm down.

75 and cloudy we have had a bunch of rain recently, think a dry out is coming.

We are almost 7 inches over normal in rain, for the month of December, and staying around 5-10 degrees above normal in temperatures.

Its been in the 60s & 70s the last few days. The string algae is growing and clogged my filters! Caught it just as one pond was down to a few inches of water. Have dechlor on rapid order as I had to use the last of what I had. I wasn't expecting to be adding water in winter.

been in the 60's here .I just saw on the weather channel that Australia is already in the new year and setting off fireworks ,not sure that is a good idea with the fire threat and the heat they are having .I can understand it is a tradition but is it really worth the threat .I will be cleaning out the other room for new years to put down more flooring and then comes new moldings

47f windy as heck and raining. I'm thinking no fireworks off the space needle tonight if these winds kick up more. Our neighbors were gonna shoot a bunch off too but maybe not w/the crazy weather.

Definitely sad to hear what is happening over there. As long as they are doing the fireworks in a safe place with fire personnel on standby, everything should be just fine. We had to go through similar precautions here a few years ago when we were in a severe drought. Some firework shows were cancelled, but many continued on.

Warm today at almost 50f early this morning. Looks like the wind and rain have settled down some also. No fireworks lit off the Space Needle last night as too windy. They say maybe tonight!
