39f and gonna be sunny this afternoon and 50f. Just in time cuz it looks like I need to clean my pond edge pot filter.

46°F and it was raining earlier. I actually have three frogs sitting out around my pond today for the first time in about two months. I bet they wish spring was here, and yet it isn't even winter yet. They're going to be in shock with Tuesday and Wednesday's weather. Temps close to single digits expected, windchills near zero are possible.

We try to! We ran away for about a week had a great time. We are 10 minutes from the beach here, still have not made it there. It was beautiful down in the keys.

We are not just goofing off, we are working on getting two places ready for sale, paint etc etc. We had to evict one guy................he started to replace some flooring, ran out, did not buy more I spent a few days trying to find some more. 100 sq feet short. Finally found a warehouse somewhere that has it. On special order on its way to us. He wanted to buy but became a drunk and his divorce that was to help buy the place is still on going. So we said move, but of course never is it that easy. But he is out now.
Other place on its third week of fix up to sale stuff.

55 and sunny and was 60 in Eden NC and just got back .Sister and I enjoyed our day and her hubby was a pain in the butt but we love him I think
