27 here, but the wind has kicked up so the wind chill is 15 degrees. Both are supposed to drop even more overnight with a prediction of 19 degrees as the low tonight and an even colder wind chill.

I take after my mom, when we were kids she would say if you are cold put on a sweater. The house was usually in the 60's during the winter.

Always hot, if I feel cold usually it means I am getting sick. Flip flops in the winter, wear shorts until we are in the 40's. The only thing that gets cold on me are my hands.

When I moved here from AZ I was out working in the yard in shorts and t-shirt, neighbor was in winter jacket and pants. Asked me where in the heck did I move from!

We are hitting record lows tonight, from record highs earlier this week.

It was 35F when I got up this morning. Just checked again; it's down to 29F. Supposed to go into the teens tonight and expecting to break a 61 year record for this date.

It is 41 degrees this morning but says going to be 23 degrees tomorrow morning and then sunday morning 26 degrees .Geeze I wish Canada would stop pushing all the cold air down here .

First snow of the season. Not more than a trace so far and I'm not sure how much we're expecting.
It was 18°F last night with single-digit windchills.


My cousin and his family moved up here from Florida this spring. His kids saw snow for the first time this morning. Not really much of a snowfall, but for kids who've never seen it before, it must be a big deal. I have a feeling they won't like it as much when we get 8" and they still have to walk to school

sun out and 62 degrees and coffee break .I am cleaning all my windows inside and out .Then have to vacuum out duct work .Funny that by tomorrow morning only going to be about 26 degrees .Will cover plants in the pond with the plastic sheeting tonight .Finally lennox is going to investigate the problems with the heat pump .A new heat pump should not have to be fixed 4 times since installed and have the compressor replaced .The installer was their number 1 installer in these parts and that is why I chose him .Oh well murphy's law will always get a murphy

Mid 80s during the daytime and mid 70s at night still.
But the rains are about over and so is hurricane season!
Cooler weather soon. Though it rarely gets below 55 during the day in the winter time.
Soon we can turn off the A/C and open the windows.
