Only 52°F, cloudy, and windy. I was supposed to leave today for a camping trip but the trip had to be cancelled, so I'm pretty bummed, especially after seeing the forecast for the next few days being in the 60s and sunny. Not sure I'll get a Fall trip in this year.

Nice and sunny here but chilly again. Warms up enough after noon tho to take coat off while walking. Have to be careful walking through the tree farm now as cougar grabbed a dog off of someones back porch not too far from here. I'm carrying my pepper spray and a metal hand weeding tool. Says to fight them off if they attack you. I might sing too while walking through there as that will scare anything off

79 windy degrees here and now raining. Temperature is dropping in the 50s as the evening continues.

Finally!!! Nice warm weather to dry up leaves and been busy cleaning yesterday. Dogs here lay around and watch me too Sissy!! They are always "working hard like a dog" with their heads down and lazing around. Fat baby Rio works hard playing with bad bears tail then she has to rest all day after that!

Got a cold frame up over bottom pond this year and should have rest up today. Water is ICE Cold in ponds except little 80 gallon Guppy pond, it has fish tank heaters and covered. Got to get the rest of them out soon. I keep catching them and more just show up!! Ha ha ha! Oh happy Day !

Not sure if they are open during the week now, things are slowing down.
