Weather was great today. 70s and sunny.

I spent the day at EAA Airventure and had a blast all day and night. I'll try to put together a post in the upcoming days with some of the photos I took of all the planes. Have about 500 to go through, and that's even with getting there late. Spent well over an hour in a line of cars, then another 15 minutes in line waiting for a bus to shuttle us from the parking lot to the entrance, and then another 15 or 20 in line at the entrance waiting to buy tickets. In the end, I got to see almost the entire day air show, all of the night air show, and got to walk some of the grounds. What a day!

Beautiful weather, finally! Coastal flood warnings, but safe where we are. Only 78f today, sun out, going to go and sit on the beach and watch the horses. We have not been over a lot, it has been way to hot and then non stop rain.

got down to 50 degrees last night and windows were open and nice fresh cool air felt good and saves on electric also

91 yesterday and by Wed, they are predicting 99. The nights do cool down to around 50 by 4am. I've got to put the window air conditioner back in our bedroom TODAY. We changed windows and I'll have to improvise. I'll be real glad when things cool off. I always look forward to fall, my favorite season.

Probably the nicest day of the summer so far...not a cloud in the sky, 75 degrees at noon and very low humidity.

Heat indices have been running 110-115 daily.

We are going to get some of that hot weather for a couple days and that's about all I can take!

Beautiful here, 76 or so, wind blowing had a great day sitting on the beach reading a book.


Surfs up! The storms have fired up the waves.

Run off has turned the lakes green after all the rain. The turtles love it

57 degrees here with 98 % humidity and supposed to get to 86 degrees today with sun and clouds but no rain .Heavy dew every where .

high of 80 today, sun out, one more day of beach sitting!
