80 here........tomorrow 60, Sunday 47, freeze watch and snow for Saturday night.

We're supposed to get to 68f tomorrow.
I may need to hide in some shade somewhere.
Barbequing a brisket for my wife's 29th birthday though.
I'll try to make the best of it.

I hope the hard freeze misses us, peaches and tons of stuff in full bloom. They are also calling for winds into the 50 mph's we need to reinstall the bee hives winter wind breaks, keep them safe.

60 today slowly getting there, 47 tomorrow. Sun just now coming out.

Mother Nature is having one of her bipolar days in Chicago. 45 minutes ago the sun was out with barely a cloud in the sky. Right now it looks like a full-on blizzard out there--40+ mph winds are battering the yard. My poor daffodils finally bloomed within the last two days and they do not look happy.

We have freeze warnings, my peaches are just setting fruit. I think it will not dive deep enough to hurt them, I hope.

72 today but wind gust to 40MPH and so hard to get things done when wind is blowing everything back in your face .Then my son from NJ called and said is flatbed tow truck was hit while he was trying to load a car on it on the turnpike and he just missed getting hit by jumping over the guard rail .But he hurt his back and leg as it was all down hill .The guy was a junkie with a needle still in his arm driving a Mercedes his parents bought for him .Spoiled rich brat will get off of course .No drivers license and no insurance either

Just got off the phone with him and I told him he should go to the emergency room .He is pretty scrapped up from hitting trees and shrubs on the fall off the side of the road .He has a big bump on his head also .The guy was arrested but the cop said the families lawyer was at the police station demanding he be let go .But he has to see the judge to set bail .What is wrong with some parents .There was a police car there and a cop was directing traffic and he almost got hit also .
