RENO, Nev. -- Lake Tahoe gained 7.89 billion gallons of water from the Friday/Saturday storm, the National Weather Service estimates.

That estimate is 24,200 acre-feet of water as of 9 a.m. Saturday, weather service meteorologist Scott McGuire said.

They closed most of the boat ramps last year, this is very good news!!

oh no this is the last season of hometime on tv 29 years of there help in my remodels and got to meet them .I have been watching this old house since 70's and even got to meet Bob Villa and Norm Abrams at the Garden State Center .My son was 3 and started yelling Bob Villa's name out and he came to talk to him and so did Norm .If it had not been for Bobs this old house I would not have been able to remodel my first house a 110 year old bungalow back in 1968

45 F here, and the snow is disappearing fast! Not that we had much to begin with.

Some Kennedy's are worth keeping except for the newer ones .That is a newer one so not so much .Except to Kennedy collectors

This type of non winter then winter is hard on them. We have no food out there until the maples bloom.
