Today was a great day to photograph the living things around my pond.

The plants are growing quite well in the bog, but the lilies are still waking up for spring. I do have a couple pads at the surface on each plant and it looks like more are coming up soon!

Common Blue Violet started blooming along the pond today.

Still leaf netted till Friday. Fixed winter damage to losing a pump and circuit trip. Bog back up 100% blew it out today. Clear water again by say. Netting comes of Friday after trees are down.

I allow snails in my ponds and they eat junk so why not leave them in there.
