oh sure i get what you are saying sissy, thats why i wear armour , mirks knows what ime like and often worries if ime going to come back home injured lol, ive always been into extreme sports, started off rock climbing in my younger years and then switched to downhill mountain biking for more adrenalin, ive also had a few phases of power kite jumping and last year snow boarding, but downhill is my passion, tho i do realise ime getting older and i dont hit the big drops as fast as i did a few years ago,

When you said "armour" I pictured those steel suits the knights of old used to wear! Somehow, I can't see your get-up providing that level of protection. And for God's sake watch out for those trees!! John

Looks more like flying to me..................you spend a lot of time up in the air Mogsie! Must be a lot of adrenalin flowing. Kudo's to you! And do be careful...........I'll stick to my nice, casual rides needing no body armor..............just a soft pillow for my butt to sit on,lol!

well our fridge freezer has gave up working, and we will get another one tomorow, so i have hust been moving the old one outside and i had to empty some of the cupboards around it, and ive just realised exactly how much junk we have in this kitchen, stuff we dont use, we have 2 steamers, why do i need 2 ?? and toasted sandwich makers etc, so i think ime going to have a big kitchen clear out and get rid of half this stuff, i think if it hasnt been used in 6 months then it doesnt need to be here ! mirka will have to help or she will be going mad if i throw out something she wanted !! (maybe not tell her lol ) so going to have a coffee and get started,
