When I moved across county I moved more tools than anything else, nuts bolts, screws on and on. My other hubby bought excessive amounts of everything They are kept nice and toasty, poor cars get the driveway.

Yeah why do we spend thousands on cars and yet fill our garages up with junk?
My garage is full of my astronomy gear and tools, my shed is my ham radio station. I'm horrible!

Last year, I started shaping the edge of the pond, with a shovel and wheelbarrow. I started again this year today. Got 10 feet done.

I got a little carried away with the camera, Lou. Here's some of the digging. I went out and did another 12 feet.

I have been thinning out around the pine trees. I will eventually get all the way around the lower pond.

This is a section closer to the road, to give you an idea what it looked like. I will get to this in the spring.

This "guy" watched me dig the whole time. At one point, she? was about 6 inches from the shovel. The evidence is in the clover, on her head.

Thanks! There are many days after work, that I sit out there until dark. Actually, I seem to get up every 5 minutes to skim pine needles ect...

That's me. Also, I get up to check out the fruit plants, and find myself doing something to the pond. I go sit back down, and realize I never checked the plants.
