Anybody know what this is? Found it while netting the bottom of the pond for leaves

Six new low-e three pane windows for the front of house ordered today. Since they are custom made to size the installation should be in about six weeks. They will sure handle that direct eastern sunlight. Last year we took care of the two western facing windows. Boy, those really helped. Don't really know if we will change out the five in the very heavily shaded north side or the two facing the south. Going to put closed shutters on the south ones. :D

Ok :yuck: Pumps have been on 24 hours now. And im starting to see the bottom better.
I have now pulled 5 dead frogs :yuck: out of the of the big pond :depressed:
There may be more....idk.
Do I need to "DO" anything to the water? I mean, could they hurt the fish? Or sully the water with bad bacteria? ?? :nailbiting: What do I do?!! :nailbiting:

I would just filter it good and maybe add quilt batting to a crate to pick up any nasty stuff .My aggie used to kill frogs all the time and i had the duty of cleaning up her mess .She would suck there insides out

I used a different net this year to winterize. It has a tighter weave, I guess they could'nt get out or find their way out after I put it over the pond :(
I feel bad. I still haven't found the turtle that was in there when I closed it up either. Couldn't catch the little bugger!
The bog it doing a great job of cleaning the water.
Im very happy with it.
