Looks beautiful. Love that palm tree.Gosh I feel sorry for all you folks who really get dumped on a lot w/the rain. Fortunately us here in the PNW only get rain most of the time that is the showery stuff so not much overflow in the pond. Once in awhile we get a good dumping but the rain just squeezes out through the lowest spots between rocks or plants etc.
I do have the rocks that everyone hates so much around a pond but as they have been there for so long now plants have pretty much covered them all up. I built the pond almost 20 yrs ago before I knew much about it all. Also have the volcano waterfall, lol! Not building another one the way I should have at this point............uh, uh, no way, will just enjoy it the way it is now

Yep, real estate will be slow for awhile. I do residential real estate, only a little commercial. This month has been ok, but the Fall is usually somewhat busy. I have been through this a lot through my career, always goes up and down.going to be a long winter no new builds and the 3 major builds we did have have got quiet
I meant on the site. We have been busy for years updating our very sad electrical grid . the lines are generally 100 to 75 years old. For those who remember there parents homes had 60 amp services and were a far cry from ever using it all . And today the kids bedrooms will come close . we are so far away from going electric it's not even funny. But so long as people keep buying the sale we will be even busier.Yep, real estate will be slow for awhile. I do residential real estate, only a little commercial. I think the only thing missing is the swarm of locust.i was on the ct ri ma border earlier, and had some of the absolute worst rains around noon that i have ever seen.
