Pump size?

Sure sounds like you had bad luck with your pumps. I just hope this one works for me since I really had a tuff time deciding what to use. And very smart to have a back up. I will have to keep a lookout for something to use for a back up myself. The only other pump I have is a Pondmaster 250 gph which was fine for my stock tank pond. It wont do much for me in this new pond.

What do you guys use for a skimmer. I have only had the pond filled for a day and Im already wanting one. I live in the country and wind is always blowing here it seem. I guess that why we live close to a wind farm. Wind mills everywhere. Also do you use any kind of a prefilter or mechanical filter before the skippy?
