Never used it to make gravy .The only place I can buy it is at the organic food store in Martinsville .I have never really checked food stores lately to see if they started carrying it .I have a delivery coming from pet mountain .com but it says it is delayed because of bad weather and has not left Cali. yet .I just checked my fed ex numbers online .

I bet spicy coconut gravy would be good with chicken and rice ,I should invent a recipe for that soon...

I have not figured out most of my new lap top, but it does have a camera and stuff, just never figured that out yet. Then who would talk to me? My Hubby? We failed at skype! I did have it working and then something happen and we could not work it one day and then never tried to use it again on our cell phone. I think hubby forgot his password and then we had other troubles at the time with his health, so we just forgot about it!

Well today was better, sun was shining and I only worked a short day so can't complain too much. Sat in the truck in the sun while the puppies "ran at large" on a deserted wind swept frozen river road....

I got the water flow that keeps it at far end of pond. I grow it first in the Bottom pond where the small fish are, then when it is growing fast I throw the big koi some. By then they have had there fill of it and in July it outgrows what the koi can eat.

I don't have skimmer and my pumps have great big filters that stop pump from getting plugged too.

There is still a really big bunch of it in their pond sitting near the bottom, I think my koi see it all the time and get tired of munching on it all winter long too. It is in all the ponds, but come spring lots of it just disappear into the hungry mouths and then I start to worry that they will eat it all. Then the sun gets hotter and it soon begins to grow faster than what they can eat.

Just saw it now Colleen and it was great fun wandering around your ponds w/ you. Love that Hornwort and I have some too now thanks to addy. I've got mine in a floating ring w/ holes only big enough for small fish to enter. I hope it does well here in our not so hot Summers. I'm getting used to your voice coming from you now
