My husband has an even cheaper version, what he calls the "druggie dealer type phone", they call it that cause know one knows who you are, cause it's "second hand" from Value Village" stores or Salvation Army stores, for only a couple bucks, and you get a phone card for it. But the reception is bad, especially in the "middle of now where", and then we burn through many phone cards cause we talk morning, noon and night, he's out of town every week for several days at a time, and we like to talk lots. Life goes by so quick, I realized that after my dog Sadie died, and then I looked for old pictures of her, used to do "film" but that's way to expensive, and it's getting hard to find film. Then you can't beat the quality of video and pictures in the "droids", cause there HD, just like watching HDTV, and you can hook the Droid up to the TV and watch video from there. I had that last phone that was only six months old filled uo with memory, some lost cause I didn't download to computer. This new "Droid" now downloads all the pics and video right away to "drop box" that is free, that automatically saves everything to "space", case something happens to your phone. I always used to just love old "slide shows" people used to have for family and friends. I had hours of three minute clips of all the puppies from day one, life at the park was a video every day, but the quality really sucks when you blow the picture up to a bigger screen. I still enjoy looking at the old clips of family and friends from years ago, no matter how bad you thought it was twelve years ago, and was going to erase it cause you hated it way back then, you will love it now. Life seems to go so quick, work work work, need to have special moments taped, so I can enjoy them again later.
Lets face it, in twenty, thirty years some of us will be talking about the ponds we "used to have" so I will cherish nice video to relive the moment.
