I'm back on my Ponds in Canada thread! Weather is getting nicer every day and I am so darn happy nothing can rain on my parade! So happy to feel the warm sun on my face again and spend time outside in the garden.
Fish are finally waking up after a long winter nap and swimming close to the water surface.
The water could not be cleaner, and the fish are so fresh and healthy after long winter nap below the ice in Ice cold running water all winter.

It's going to be Plus 10 C Celsius, About 50 Fahrenheit, sun is big and bright and fish are swimming about every night, sneaking around under the cover of darkness. I saw a half Koi half goldfish in my pond the other day, going to try to get a good picture of it today...

Just enjoying the bright sunshine, and just this morning I had about 30 little song birdies singing, playing and drinking by my ponds, wish I had that on camera! I feel so alive working out by my ponds, been raking and grooming the back yard, front yard still frozen and covered in ice, I have identified two potential half breed koi goldfish mix. Need to get a better look once they move off the bottom of pond.
Water still at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. {about plus 5 Celsius}
Love this video, Beany always follows me by ponds.

I love your sparkling clean flowing ponds! Wish I would have done mine like that :happy:
You can add another level to your existing pond, and that's what I did many years ago. Like back 5 years ago I added the biggest 5 foot deep pond. You can just add another pond and create a "spillway" for water to pour back to bottom pond.

LOOK What I discovered in my ponds this month! Koi Goldfish half breed. There may be more as the babies change color from black to gold or white. I just think this fish is SO BEAUTIFUL and born right in my ponds.!

Yesterday while at work, a young lady in her 20's recognized my voice from my videos and said she just loves my u tube videos and asked if she could take my picture with her in it too, with her cell phone. I was so grateful and shocked and honored, as I don't even edit my videos !
I wish I had my cell phone so I could have gotten a photo too.
