Colleen, at what temperature do you turn on your pond heater?
I only use pond heater when ponds start to freeze over more than half the ponds. I don't check water temperature any more after 26 years of wintering the ponds with most pumps running. Its always fine and big old koi been outside for so many years...

Awe My little guppy pond is fast becoming my favorite little pond, and its looking extra nice today! You don't have to have a big pond to have a nice pond, and guppies are just to sweet swimming all happy in their sweet little pond.

I will shoot a video of big ponds tomorrow!

Sometimes you just have to take those nice relaxing free moments and enjoy. I envy your Hornwort and addy's too. Mine is all gone, it does not like my pond or my fishes liked it too much :(
I might have some that I put in a tub pond out back. Have not dug around in it to see if any is left. We are getting some nice hot sunny weather now and through this weekend. I am loving it!

What a beautiful day by your ponds ! It looks like your two old koi, are acclimated to their new pond :) Do you think a spinning ball, would spin on top fine bubbles from an air diffuser?

No, I don't think that would work. It needs a "down ward spout" to force ball to spin on same spot...

Does your yellow flag iris die out in the center of the plant?
